We work to process and ship all ALYSE orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

U.S. SHIPPING

Shipping options and estimated transit times available at checkout may include:

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Faster Shipping: approximately 2 business days
• Expedited Shipping: approximately 1 business day

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available to select countries. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

International orders may take approximately 10–25 business days after shipment. Please note that customs processing or carrier delays may extend delivery times.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, ALYSE is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.
